Day 01 – Arrive- CHANDIGARH - PARWANOO
Meeting and greeting on arrival at Chandigarh drive to Parwanoo Check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free to enjoy this quaint hill station. Overnight at the hotel
Day 02 - PARWANOO - SHIMLA
This morning after an early breakfast we will drop you at Kalka to board the toy train. Arrival at the Shimla and check int o the hotel. Evening free at leisure or visit mall road. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 03 - SHIMLA
This morning you will go for the excursion of chail and Kufri, in the beautiful Himalayan region, and visit the local sight of the shimla. Evening at the mall road, enjoy the shopping and the art and craft of the Shimla. Overnight back at Shimla
Day 04 - SHIMLA - MANALI
This morning after an early breakfast we drive to Manali (approx. 8- 9 hrs/ 275 kms)- the gateway to the Rohtang pass. On arrival check into the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Manali
Day 05 - MANALI
After breakfast, we proceed for a city tour visiting Dhungri Temple-dedicated to Hadimba Devi, Vashisht Bath (for hot springs), Jagat Suk - ancient capital of Kulu. Evening is free to take a walking tour of the town. Overnight at Manali.
Day 06 - At MANALI
After breakfast you have an early start as we go to Rohtang Pass at an altitude of 4112 metres on the route to Keylong which is the only access to the Lahual Valley near the Indo-Tibetan border, which is primitive and rugged surrounded by high snow capped mountains and massive glaciers. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 - MANALI - DHARAMSHALA
After breakfast proceed to Dharamshala (approx 7 hrs/220 kms). -the land of the Lama, jewel of Kangra Valley . On arrival check into the hotel. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 08 - DHARAMSALA - AMRITSAR
After an early breakfast proceed to visit the monastry and the other local sightseeing of Dharamshala. After noon drive to Amritsar (approx. 6 hrs/ 225 kms). On arrival check into the hotel. After a quick wash and change, Overnight at the hotel.
Day 09 - AMRITSAR
After breakfast, we proceed for a city tour visiting The Golden Temple also known as Hari Mandir (Temple of the Lord) , by far the most important shrine of the Sikhs. Onwards to Shri Durgiana Temple- a place of pilgrimage for Hindus, Jallianwala Bagh- a memorial where 2000 victims all unarmed were massacred by the British. In the evening visit the Wagah Border- (India-Pakistan) where, if lucky you can see the change of guards ceremony too. Overnight at Amritsar.
Day 10 - AMRITSAR
After breakfast transfer to airport to board onward destination.
